Cookies are small files stored on a visitor’s device. Local storage serves a similar purpose and may store preferences or campaign attribution information. In this policy, the term “cookies” also covers these equivalent technologies.

2. Categories used

• Essential: record privacy choices, support security and enable essential features. They cannot be disabled through the preference manager.
• Analytics: measure visits, pages viewed and interactions such as button clicks to improve the website. They are only used with permission.
• Marketing: identify campaign sources and connect commercial interactions to identifiers received from advertising platforms. They are only used with permission.

3. Campaign and booking data

When a visitor allows marketing cookies, the website may store parameters such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and UTMs for up to 90 days. When the visitor starts a WhatsApp conversation, these parameters may be linked to a service reference in the Welcome On Board CRM. If marketing is declined, the website does not store these identifiers or send them to the CRM.

4. Consent preference

The choice made in the banner is saved in local storage with the key welcome_cookie_consent_v1. This record contains the authorized categories, the date of the choice and the policy version. It is required so the website does not ask for the same decision on every page.

5. External services and links

The website may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads according to the authorized categories. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Booking and other services lead to external environments with their own policies and technologies.

6. How to change or withdraw your choice

You can review your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer. When marketing is disabled, campaign identifiers stored in the browser by this website are removed.
